It was previously reported that the part one shoot of Vetrimaran's most ambitious trilogy project, Vada Chennai has been wrapped up. Just a few days later the film's star lead Dhanush took it to his Twitter space to announce that and exciting update will be made about the film on March 8.
Following is the tweet, "மூன்று வருட கடுமையான உழைப்பிற்கு பின் ... வட சென்னை முதல் விளம்பர அறிக்கை .. வரும் வியாழன் 8 ஆம் தேதியன்று." (Roughly translated: After three years of hardwork. The first ever official announcement on Vada Chennai will be made on Thursday, march 8.)
